Booking Rules ✨

• A non-refundable $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment. Please use your email address at checkout to receive appointment updates. Select “PICKUP” at checkout.

• A consultation is required before all color services.

• Please arrive with fully detangled hair and free of any braids. If detangling is required, a $50 fee will be added to your remaining balance.

• No extra guests allowed.

• A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and rescheduled to the next available date.

• Remaining balance must be paid in cash (exact change), tap, or card. Card/tap payments are subject to a 5% processing fee.

• Location details will be sent via email the day before your appointment.
