Return Policy
Eligibility Return Items:
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for hair that remains in its original, unaltered condition:
• Unworn and unwashed
• Lace uncut, bundles intact with original ties
• No dye, heat styling, or product applied
• Original packaging must be included
Hair that shows signs of use, alteration, or tampering will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.
Restocking Fee:
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover quality inspection, repackaging, and payment processing costs.
Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We do not provide return shipping labels. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and adding shipping insurance to protect your package in case of loss or damage during transit.
RanyLuxCo is not responsible for returns that are lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit back to us.
How to Request a Return:
Before starting a return, you must email us at contact@ranyluxco.com with:
1. Your order number
2. Clear photos showing the product in its original condition
3. Your reason for the return request
Our team will review your request and confirm whether your item is eligible for return within 24-48 hours. Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued once your return has been received, inspected, and approved.
Hair that has been installed, altered, or tampered with is not eligible for a refund.
All approved refunds will have a 20% restocking fee deducted to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once your return is approved.
