✨ BOOKING POLICIES
CANCELLATION -
You have up to 24 hours of your scheduled appointment to cancel. Please be sure to notify me so that we can discuss a more suitable date and time for you.
PAYMENTS
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is due at booking. The remaining balance must be paid in CASH ONLY — no exceptions.
APPOINTMENTS
No extra guests or kids allowed. Please come with your hair detangled.
A shampoo is included in all services, refusal of shampoo will result in cancellation of your appointment.
LATE ARRIVALS
A 10-minute grace period is given. After 10 minutes, you will be marked late and your appointment will be cancelled or rescheduled to the next available date.
